The Sea Snot Bloom Threatens Fish Populations

It's especially dangerous to immobile animals along the bottom of the ocean, like coral. There have been reports that thousands of fish have turned up dead near coastal settlements. It is also sometimes making people wonder whether fish that are successfully caught in these not infested waters are safe to eat. And there is no ruling on whether they were or not.
