Air force study proposed two thousand nine influenza pandemic in 19 96. Document is a thought experiment from the air university titled air force 20 25. This was an exercise to brain storm what the air force would need to do continue effectively into the future. There are five other scenarios, but for our purposes we don't need to go through all of them in minute detail. The scenario curtnimo is to focus on is one called digital cacophany. In this scenario's plausible history, there's an influenza that kills 30 million people in two thousand nine.
