"I was more sober than i'd ever been in my adult and i was sober like ten days at a time, and then i would relapse for two or three days," he says. "i realized about six months into working this programme and kind of repeatedly relapsing om that doing it on my own terms and with my own rules wasn't going to work." 'By all metrics, i'm drinking reasonably if i'm only drinking ten every ten days,' adds the man who is no longer a problem drinker.
