The Mind Is Fragmented
It's a miss noma to say that its boring. You know, say, experience it. Come back and see and explain what diddid you have stress? Did youhav anxiety? Did you have depression? Doesn't exist because you actually begin to see the world as it is. And so when youe doin a thousand things at once, where's your mind? What part of that is it focused on? Concentrate on it's not. The mind is scattered. Fragment s fragmented. And so what is what lile happens with the fragment in mind leads to stress and anxiety.
