Women have a bell curve response to stressors and the poisons in the dose. A little bit doesn't impact us, the right amount has a positive impact. Too much of it is detrimental and we don't respond in an adaptive way. So I would recommend starting with like, you know, 16 to 24 hour fast and have it probably be timed with their cycle.
