"My last run was March 15th because I hit a point where my body weight as large of a deficit that I was in won't really break past 195, 196 pounds," he said. "So we tested two weeks prior. We knew my body reacted well to that test so that's what we decided to do for peak week" The lowest the team saw during prep on the scale was 190.2 pounds.
