You will get fitter over time. And this won't always be the case. It's always going to be a new trial person that you'll be able to put it on, hopefully, fresh meat. Try and get a low intensity round in the middle there so that you can be more deliberate in the rounds one and three. Over time, try to get to a point where, okay, now I can turn it on.
