I think as a one, one is often d a perfectionist or reformer. I might point things out to you in a way that i felik is helpful, but you might not the same way about it. So then, depending on your other type, that interaction could be sort of problematic. Having this kind of insight into each other, and coupling that with like, strong communication skills, allows you to kind of prevent that from blowing up. And also to have more, like a deeper relationship with your co workers.
