What Exactly Were You Doing in Those Training Weeks?
I've never fully understood exactly what you did like I mean there's obviously a few famous sessions you do like your bike shop or local group ride. Can you sort of take us inside this a little more specifically because I've reading read the books that you've written and heard you know every interview you've done? Yeah so I think there was a few overarching philosophies the first one is that actually there was no big sessions it was all about just turning up the end of getting through the sessions. My mentality was always I have to be able to do this session on my bad days and on my good days it's gonna feel great and my bad days I'm gonna grit my teeth and get through
