What Happens After the Court of Appeal?
It's very difficult to say to gauge. I don't believe that the interveners are that an intervention is ever decisive of the outcome in a case, but they can contribute to the outcome in some cases. And finally, can you talk us through what happens after the hearing? Well, on a practical level, you'll get from both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, the draft judgments handed down for you to consider and to correct in grammatical terms only. A warning here, I've seen one or two opponents try to rewrite the judgments, which doesn't go down at all.
