I certainly agree with you about trade governed by rules, but i wouldn't agree that badging is relentlessly focused on self sufficiency. It still has very global economic aims, though i certainly agree that they'll be seeking sources of iron ore outside australia as soon as they can. But back to the question of the rachening up of military expenditure. That could be a positive or negative development, depending on are they vacatin the field, or are they just deciding to act decisively sooner rather than late? Ye ye.
