The Risks of Trump's Charges
There is a feeling that his plans to use these charges to revisit this idea that the 2020 election was stolen is a political loser. Former prosecutors and members of the January 6th committee said they viewed Jack Smith's decision to charge Trump on the four charges as a really smart tactic. At the end of the day, the charges that Trump is facing is going to force the jury at theend of the day to judge Trump on his conduct and actions not on his opinions. The jury of the American people will decide whether or not he wins in 2016.
