The Importance of Creating a Better Organization

There may be more of an opportunity to change the culture than there is to change the boss. It's unfortunate that that might get perceived as an us versus them culture. But I'd encourage her or listen it to be the kind of manager, the be to kind of leader she herself would like to be led by.
