The Importance of Aligning Practices
Change is not easy, it takes a lot of hard work. That's why teachers get into teaching, isn't it? To have an impact on their students and obviously having impact academically is is part of that. And that's what we weren't able to achieve in those early days. But we were once we'd aligned practices and had that professional learning and that coaching from the experts here. It just goes to show that it's enjoyable to teach in this manner, you know, when you are feeling successful,. When you're getting results and you want to keep keep going with it.
