Katie Drexler: I was having trouble building muscle because I simply wasn't eating enough in general and eating enough protein. The stimulus that exercise provides is much more robust than anything else we could ever do, she said. She says if 75% of people are not doing it, we have to address the low hanging fruit - food. "I feel like tracking that is fun to see those trends increase over time," Drexler said.
