Getting Into Intermittent Fasting

I intermittent fasting is a really simple free powerful tool for people that want to start to manage their blood glucose and and bring their insulin resistance down. When you build a muscle you have more tolerance to carbs because your muscle will be able to take that glucose in then when you don't have enough muscle or when you're constantly overfeeding yourself with glucose and fructose then the muscle tissue will be filled up with excess of glucose and fat and then become insulin resistant. Even type 1 diabetics they can go without insulin if they are exercising so we tell them sometimes even for young kids they run around all the time and they're in a camp diabetes camp we take their insulin pump off.
