Twitter was extremely paranoid about our seeing any user data, because that's a serious liability for Twitter. So they had to do everything they could just make absolutely sure that what we were getting back was just internal stuff, nothing with user data. And then when they would come back with thousands of emails, thousands of Slack messages, depending on what we're asking for, and then we'd spend days going through them.
