Do You Have a Cheat Day?
On TikTok and Instagram, you have those people that are now doing life transformation. Have you seen this guy? He's bald. He's big. And he has all of these videos of him being super, super overweight. Then it's like he gained weight intentionally and had a director plot out all the different cuts and edits he was going to have. I find it to be, I want it to be a case study. It's unnerving because now he's extremely fit a year later. He's lost like 150 pounds. The other thing we need to do is, is, get the activity monitor going. We need to be able to track, not about calories burn
