When do you tend to use NSAIDs and when do you, when do you avoid them? I'll probably use them less than most people. I certainly never use them in acute injury. A lot of their effect is, is an analgesic effect rather than anti-inflammatory effect. So, I'd rather use Panadol, Panadine, whatever, for pain relief.
