The Supreme Court's Decision to Strike Down Racial Gerrymandering

Mark O'Mara: Republicans are doing things in states like Florida they would have never considered before. He says the Supreme Court has already said we don't care about partisan gerrymandering and now they may be willing to say we don't really care about racial gerrymanders either. "I think it's just amazing if you go back and you look at the landscape for voting rights before the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act in 2013," he says.
