The First Seat Belt Law
The first seat belt law that was a federal law, took effect january first, 19 68. That required all vehicles except buses, to be fitted with seat belts in designated seating positions. But then passengers being legally required to wear them. Was not past until starting, it looks like, in the mid eighties. You had, you had seat belts ind planes for forty years before you had them in cars. O soy, it's crazy. I hadn't thought about it that way until he pointed it out. And i will see you guys next week.
