Smaller organizations tend to take more risks, or speculate a lot more on the technology choices. Once you get to be a bigger organization, an um, there's something valuable that you kind of don't want to screw up. And so absent an incident, those opportunities don't really arise. The thing that that struck us is, well, when incidents happen, that tends to be a a situation where giving time and attention to understanding the incident is not really weird. It blows people's minds.
