Can You Resist God's Will?

After a generation takes place, there is a change in the will. There's now a propensity towards righteousness that's never going to leave youi and there's going to be a faith in jesus as the christ, that'snever going to change. The issue is, does he only, does he fiat give that regeneration to only some, or does he offer it legitimately to all? And we we see the scriptures saying he offers that life, that regeneration life, to all.
