Heat acclimatization is a way of getting the adaptations that somebody might get from four weeks at altitude. The idea is essentially to put on loads of layers of clothes, including gloves and trucks over the top. You can only do that for two weeks in every marathon build-up - so you don't have to walk out with your neighbors each morning.
