It's probably worth doing a little bit of both. Maybe you speak to few lenders yourself, get the ball rolling there and have someone speaking to a few other lenders simultaneously. If they bring a deal to the table that's significantly better than what you can achieve, then you don't mind paying them that fee because net net could end up better. So yeah, I'll just keep that in mind. And there's a couple of people that I would recommend if you want to reach out, I can put you in touch with a few that we've met just along the way.
