Anteroateral Um Positioning Is More Effective Than Anti-Posterior for Um Cardioversion
The epic trial was looking at adult patients with tropaelation who were scheduled for elective cardioversion. The intervention was putting the pads on as an antrolateral approach, and what you'd use for your normal de fid. For the primary it comes so that as those that we're still in since rid them a minute after the first shock. In the antrolateral group, it was 54%. And the anti posterior group, 33%. 22 percent risk difference, which was a number needed to treat of five,. which is big, big differences, not big difference a um.
