The Importance of Meat on an Island

I think this is the salt of the earth around here. I just think this is a fly over state. You should actually come and spend some time here because Indianapolis is. A lot of people say that it's the cultural capital of the upper Midwest. If you could only take one meat onto an island with you, what one would it be? What's your favorite? I'm probably going to go with a bison.
