How to Be a Successful Founder

I think one of the hardest things about being a founder is just the motivational aspect. I found it's just a really fun and social and engaging thing that has kept me motivated. Sticking with it over a long period of time is crucial to learning what works and what doesn't. If you want to stick with it, it helps to have some sort of community of people to lean on for motivation.
