The Problem of the Extended Family
The state will naturally grow to undermine the family, and will grow more when it undermines the family more. The undermining of the large family is an enormous part of the problem of why kids need to go to school in the first place. It's just done people massively underestimate how much of an acid it is to have several siblings,. And to have several uncles and aunts on both it's just an enormous asset in life.
