Integrating the Integration Process Into the Dilution Process?
We typically kick off the cross functional worek stremes as part of integration planning. There's that period of time where we use before the deal closes to say, hey, wou'v got these diligence teams engaged. They can ramp them up on the deal. Knawl insurance, that's been really helpful for us. A month into itigration, it's probably about a hundred hundred, 50 people across the company who have all been brought in some way to aperformsor we're ramping up pretty quickly.
