The Advantages of Self-Managing a Property

I like the idea of self-managing for a lot of reasons. One, you're not paying someone to do something that you could do yourself. No one else is going to care about it nearly as much as you do. And I've got a great roll of decks of awesome people that fix things for reasonable prices. That's another reason to kind of manage these properties myself.
