And it feels really fuck and good, man. The fact that ican do this and still have an awesome life means a lot to me,. So, again, it's this holistic approach. i think that's where something like the lifting programme aids in, that it so that you don't have to ride your bike 12 and 13 hours a week but, but the bike stuff really starts to, really starts to matter.
