The Long Telegram - A Brief History
Cannon ho is someone who has been stationed in and around the soviet union since the early 19 30. He was asked to provide analysis about the newly formed world bank, and i m f, the international monetary fund. And he offers probably a page worth of analysis on that. Then he just loads all his other fets, you know, really lays out this big, sweeping assessment of what the sovie union is. It becomes really a sort of the blueprint of the road, amount for how america decides to engage with russia over the next few decades.
