So the first one is that Delta fake contact number on Google Maps. He was flying Delta and got canceled from a flight from JSK. Googled Delta's JFK phone number and called the customer service line. And then all he needed was give his confirmation number and his name. The person in the line found an alternate flight from Newark later that evening.
