"What I truly want to do is help people. And so in December of 2014, I was like, I need to figure out some sort of way to help people," he says. "I felt like I was just selling my soul to a company that didn't give a shit about me." He has trained over 2000 sales reps and the thing that he really liked the most was teaching people and helping people grow or learn.
