Five Year Run Is Visionary
Five years in, i started putting in place the succession plan, gave myself a five year runaway. I kind of already knew that my candidate was mike peyton. When he came to boo camp, one hour in, at the first break, i grabbed him and said, i'm never letting you go. And so very methodically, at that five year mark, i then took my hand off the wheel. He fully took the reins. Was very, very methodical.
