The Problem With Traditional Instructional Design
In the traditional instructional design, I call it top-down sort of creation of training by events just doesn't seem to work to me. We are a media production arm. We are part of digital. But we use tools that shortcut the creation of digital in order to provide access to people who are really ill-suited and not trained to do it. And educational media seems to want like a special dispensation from being contemporary quality.
