The Importance of Listening to Interns Discuss Papers

The whole staff is really mentoring. These interns, not just me, that way the whole staff is hearing the conversation. They're literally our individual staff members that are assigned to each intern. So there is a mental relationship like that. I think this is really an extension of the churches and the pastors' discipling ministry. This is how we're obeying Matthew 28, a great commission.
