I think it's difficult to hop on the body confidence train when you're one of the people who has a hand in actively derailing that train. Elise Knowles's book was great and I think a lot of her messaging was totally fine and totally on point what she failed to do is acknowledge that she was born in one of the most privileged positions you probably can never be which is to be born beautiful.
