The Importance of Tissue Tolerance

The number one thing that people should focus on, even if they have a prior training background or don't is all use the word stability. When I say stability, those are like loose parameters as to what I expect an exercise to contain in varying degrees. A walking lunge and a single leg RDL with some very attainable objective criteria where it's like we're dynamically deviating the base of the center of mass of the athlete while changing their interaction with their base support. And then we'll go to the tissue tolerance part because I really want to dig into that actually.
