Is Twitter Shadow Banning?
Barry Moynihan: There's this like semantic beef with respect to what in fact shadow banning is. Twitter had a post from I believe 2018, where they actually talk about shadow banning and say that the title of it was setting the record straight on shadow banning. He says by defining it in that way, Twitter kind of sets up, he thinks, a bit of a sort of, "What's the word I'm looking for here? It's a straw man"
