The Future of the Indian Hotel Sector
As we see the service sector I think one more sector where the things are unfolding really well as you put more roads there is propensity to travel which increases both for leisure but also for business. Hotel sector for last 10 years have done nothing because they added a lot of capacity after that and if you see next three years capacity no new capacity in a major ways coming so we see three things unfolding your room occupancy will go up room rates will go up and also your food revenue will go up. We continue to see economies of scale helping this sector and from Indian hotels to EIH to lemon tree to chalet there are top four but there are smaller but I think the whole sector will continue
