I think I have come to love my feminine leadership qualities. We're still in the patriarchal system in the Western world and we don't recognise them. One word, one miscommunicated word from a leader can destroy weeks of work. Try to be aware that every strength you have brings with it a shadow. And even just being a leader, a casté and enormous shadow. It's not about men versus women because we all have those skills in us. Now is the time for us to bring in those other skills and holding space for people,. Working on myself, which is still a journey. I'm still a work in progress.
