A Vegan Diet - Is There a Difference Between P Protein and Soy Protein?

I just try to focus on having a greater diversity of protein sources. I've always taken a multivitamin a few times a week. The only difference is that I was always taking algae oil as a source of EPA and DHA, which colloquially we might call fish oil. Iron deficiency issues in males are close to nonexistent. That's more of like a women's health issue for the most part.
