The Good Guy and the Bad Guy

Two men from two very different backgrounds collided on a toronto street in 2,000 9. The case was only uncovered after one of the party submitted a freedom of information application asking to have documents related to the case publicly released. This release of information didn't include everythingrelated to the case, but it included a lot. And it revealed that there was a markedly different side to the story than what had been reported. We're going to start with their individual stories and then go back to unpack the case. While not the focus of this episode, this episode does include mention of child abuse and neglect.
