The Challenge of Learning Chinese
For me, it's the sheer challenge that this language presents. So i had a really unorthodox progression in chinese. Cared because i never took organized classes until i went china. But again, i really think if you're learning a language, you have to marinatete it. I really compare it to marinating vegetables. You just have to soak in it for a number of years. It's like a sport. And it's still exhilarating for me when i talk to my chinese language partners,. To be able to go and your face, this is what i learned yesterday, and i'm going to use this word, and you're gon to be blown away
