The way that you end your workday is extremely important. What you want to be able to do is re the day's progress very quickly and make a quick plan for to morrow. I've discussed whim hoff breathing sessions in thi show, but whims powerful breathing techniques have a really profound effect on me. There is such a stress relief that comes from doing super deep breathing or other forms of meditation that allows you to mentally wrap up the day.
