The International Criminal Courpt in the Hague

There are conventions that have come in over the er decades to try and bring order to this inherently inhuman situation of people trying to kill each other. So we decided, we the international community decided t there are some things that it are simply abhorrent to humanity and should not be allowed. And so there should be some form of law, some rules of warfare. It's very difficult, of course, because there is noer global government that can establish these laws. But a lot of these are arth. They are norms rather than laws, because, as a sake, peple haven't signed up to them - just how society has tried to evolve.
