Is There a Publishing Bias to Replicate a Study?

A pre-registered paper does not guarantee that the results will be published when they come out. So typically there's a publication bias to publish only the best results, right? Yeah. Do you think this will shift that? Or do you think that a really good pre-registered study will always yield interesting results because of the way it's been designed? I don't know if I always sort of think of it negatively. Usually if people are trying to replicate a finding, it's because it was a very interesting or important phenomenon that was under investigation.
