How to Retain Balance in Your Career
I want to ask you a bit of a personal question that I'm sure people don't normally ask you at conferences and whatnot but I wondered whether you'd be willing to share a little bit. You've been obviously phenomenally successful in the clinic in your science but you're also a family man. Could you tell us a little bit about your family and how you've been able to retain balance as you've progressed through your career it's always a challenge retaining balance.
